Is Porsche to blame for Paul Walker's death? His daughter, Meadow, 16, thinks so. According to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by her lawyers, the Furious 7 actor survived the impact of the crash that took his life on Nov. 30, 2013, but he was burned alive due to the faulty car.

Meadow’s lawyers claim that when the Porsche Carrera GT crashed, Paul’s seat belt “snapped Walker’s torso back with thousands of pounds of force, thereby breaking his ribs and pelvis,” trapping him in his seat, according to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ. The suit also claims the fire didn’t erupt until 1 minute and 20 seconds after the impact. When the fire did break out, Paul was allegedly still alive. “Paul Walker breathed soot into his trachea while the Porsche Carrera GT burned,” the suit further claims.

Police said the cause of the crash was speeding, but the lawsuit says Roger Rodas (Paul’s friend) was only driving between 63 and 71 MPH shortly before the impact. If the Porsche had a proper stabilization system, according to the lawsuit, the car would have never swerved out of control.

“The bottom line is that the Porsche Carrera GT is a dangerous car. It doesn’t belong on the street.  And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas,” Meadow’s lawyer, Jeff Milam, told TMZ.

This is so sad. And it’s pretty obvious how much Meadow Misses her dad. On Sept. 12, what would've been Paul's 42nd birthday, Meadow posted a photo of her being held on the shoulder of her dad. Her message, alongside the image, read: “Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill. I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others. I am tremendously proud to be launching The #PaulWalkerFoundation on his birthday. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my father. #DoGood"
